Prompt library

The prompt library gives you ready-made prompts that combine your training data with coaching instructions, written for the AI tool you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, or any other assistant. Løbeapp builds the prompt; you copy it into your own AI and take it from there.

Find it in the user menu, under Prompt library.

:::warning You are sharing health data Each prompt contains personal health data: your age, weight, motivation, goals, and training history. Løbeapp never sends it anywhere — you paste it into the AI service of your choice. Only do this with a service you trust, and read that service's privacy terms. See also our privacy policy. :::

How am I doing?

Get honest feedback on your training. The prompt includes your goal, your motivation, and your last 3 months of logged runs with weekly volume and training-load trends — and asks the AI for a frank verdict: are you on track for your goal, what's the biggest risk, and what should the next two weeks focus on?

Copy the prompt, paste it into your AI tool, and read the answer there. Nothing needs to be pasted back into løbeapp.

Chat about my program

Talk your training programme through with your own AI coach. Pick a programme (any status — including old and draft programmes), and løbeapp builds a prompt with the full plan, your logged results, and your recent training trends.

Ask why the weeks are structured the way they are, what a tempo session is for, or how to think about a hard week. This is conversation only — if you want to change the programme, use the app's own editing and Adjust with AI features.

Create program

Have your own AI build your training programme:

  1. Copy the prompt. Løbeapp generates a prompt that instructs the AI to interview you — your goal, how many weeks, which training days, your current level, and when the programme should start.
  2. Answer the interview. The AI asks one question at a time and then designs a complete programme.
  3. Paste the answer back. When you confirm, the AI replies with a structured answer. Paste it into the wizard — løbeapp checks it against the same safety rules as the Co-driver (sensible paces, gradual weekly volume, complete weeks).
  4. Review the draft. If the answer passes, løbeapp shows a summary and creates the programme as a draft. Review and edit it like any other draft, then publish and activate it when you're ready.

If the answer fails validation, the wizard lists exactly what's wrong — paste the messages back to your AI, ask it to fix them, and try again.

Good to know

  • Free to use. The prompt library never calls an AI from løbeapp's side, so it doesn't count against your Co-driver generation quota.
  • Private. The prompts and pasted answers are never stored or logged by løbeapp.
  • "How am I doing" uses your active programme. If you don't have one, it uses your most recent programme — or just your runs and motivation if you have no programme at all.
