This page explains which cookies and other client-side storage Løbeapp.dk uses, why we use them, and how you control them. It satisfies the requirements of the Danish cookie order (ePrivacy) and the GDPR's transparency requirements.
Your choices
Løbeapp shows a consent banner on your first visit. Non-essential (analytics) cookies are off until you accept — nothing analytics-related is stored on your device before you give consent.
- Accept all — enables analytics.
- Reject non-essential — keeps only strictly necessary storage.
- Manage preferences — toggle analytics on or off individually.
You can change your choice at any time via Manage cookies in the footer (when you are not logged in) or under Profile (when you are logged in). Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it; when you reject or withdraw analytics consent, the analytics cookies are cleared immediately.

We do not use functional preference cookies that require consent, and we use no marketing or advertising cookies.

The five product measurements (sign-up, login, run logged, programme created, programme activated) are recorded server-side with an internal account ID and store nothing on your device — they fall outside the cookie-consent requirement and are considered technically necessary service operation. They never contain personal data.
What we do not use
- Third-party advertising or tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting or other tracking techniques outside the cookie scope
- Social media tracking pixels
- Cookies from providers outside the EU (all analytics run via PostHog EU)
Data location and privacy
Analytics run on PostHog's EU infrastructure (eu.posthog.com), which keeps data
within the EU. We never send your email, your name, your age, your weight, or
other profile data to analytics. See the privacy policy for how personal data is
processed more generally.
