Log a run from screenshots
Interval session on the watch, ten splits to type in? Co-driver Pro reads the lap breakdown straight from your screenshots and pre-fills the segments — you review, adjust, and log.

How it works
- Open Log run (for an open run, or from a planned session).
- In Refine with Co-driver Pro, choose Add screenshots and add up to 5 screenshots of your watch or training app's lap/interval list — Garmin, Apple Fitness, Strava, COROS, Polar… any of them. PNG, JPG, and WebP work.
- Tap Read screenshots. Co-driver extracts the laps — distance, time, pace, and heart rate where visible — and shows them as suggested segments.
- Review the suggestions, then Apply to run. The segment rows below are replaced with the suggestions — and stay fully editable before you log.
- Save the run as usual.
Nothing is stored until you log. The suggestions are pre-fills, not a verdict — you can change or discard every value. Your screenshots are read in memory and never saved anywhere.
Matching against your plan
Logging against a planned session? Co-driver also aligns each lap to your planned segments and marks the ones it matched ("Matched to your plan"), with a gentle hint where a lap differs noticeably from the plan. It's guidance for your review — never a pass/fail judgement of your run.
Screenshots that work best
- The lap or interval list — the table of splits — not the summary page or the map.
- Sharp, well-lit, tightly cropped. Long lists are fine split across several screenshots.
If Co-driver can't read an image you'll see "Couldn't read those" — try a clearer crop, or just log the segments by hand as usual.
Limits
Screenshot reads are capped per day (currently 20) so the feature stays fast and free for everyone. Hit the cap and you can keep logging manually — the cap resets daily.
Next steps
- Log a run — the manual flow the suggestions feed.
- On iPhone? Apple Health import skips the screenshots entirely.
