Get your plan in your calendar
A training plan only works if it survives contact with the rest of your week. Løbeapp can email a calendar invite for every upcoming planned session, so your runs sit in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar next to everything else — and update automatically when your plan changes.

Send your programme to your calendar
When you activate a programme, Løbeapp asks: "Send to your calendar?" Accept, and every upcoming planned session is emailed to you as its own standard calendar invite — most calendar apps add them automatically or with one tap.
Each invite:
- is titled after the session, e.g. W2-03 – Intervals (week 2, session 3),
- lands on the session's training day and timeslot, in your timezone,
- contains just that one session — decline or move one without touching the rest.
:::note One email per session A 12-week programme with four runs a week means ~48 invite emails arriving in a short burst. That's by design — it's what lets each session live as its own calendar event. :::
Resend after a change
Replanned, resumed, or edited your programme? Send fresh invites any time:
- Whole programme — open the programme and choose Resend invites. All upcoming planned sessions are sent again.
- Single session — open a planned session and choose Send to calendar (or Resend invite).
A resend updates the existing event in place — same event, new details — so your calendar never fills with duplicates.
When you abort a programme
Aborting an active programme sends cancellations for the upcoming sessions you were invited to, so they disappear from your calendar. Runs you already logged are history and are never touched.
Which calendars work?
Any calendar that accepts standard email invites (.ics): Google Calendar,
Outlook, Apple Calendar, Fastmail, and most others. The invites go to your
account email address.
